I hope you are enjoying your blizzard bag day! If I asked you to do an assignment for me in math and language arts, then you do not need to do your classroom teacher's math and language arts assignments. However, you will be responsible for all other content areas, including specials. The following information is for both blizzard bags days. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
If I asked you to do a blizzard bad day assignment and you are in 5B, do the following for both blizzard bag days:
Work on mobymax.com for both math and reading, 20 minutes each (40 minutes total)
- For math, follow this set of directions
- Go to mobymax.com.
- Click on “sign in,” which is an orange button in the top right corner.
- Type in “crescent lake” for the school name.
- Click on “Crescent Lake School”
- Click on “as a student”
- Username and Password are both your first name.
- Click on the tab on top that looks like 4 books.
- Click on the green “math” icon in the top left.
- Show off your awesome math skills for 20 minutes.
- For reading, click on the icon on top that looks like a house.
- Click on the blue “reading stories” icon.
- Show off how well you can read and answer questions for 20 minutes.
If I asked you to do a blizzard bad day assignment and you are in Mrs. Arsenault's room, do the following for both blizzard bag days:
I will be available today from 8:00 - 9:00 AM and from 12:30 - 2:30 PM. You can email me at dcasto@govwentworth.k12.nh.us.
- For reading, email Mrs. Arsenault 2 words that rhyme with “pat;” 2 words that rhyme with “Ben;” 2 words that rhyme with “shin;” 2 words that rhyme with “cob;” and 2 words that rhyme with “bun.”
- For math, go to mobymax.com and work for 20 minutes.
- Click on “sign in,” which is an orange button in the top right corner.

- Click on “as a student”
- Both username and password are your first name (four letters).
- Click on the tab on top that looks like 4 books.
- Click on the green math icon in the top left.
